Ultimate Provence Côtes de Provence Rosé is an exquisite wine. On the nose, a unique combination of classic Provençal red berries, leading to scents of the holidays – pine, cinnamon and gingerbread cookies. It has characteristics of dry, white pepper on the palate, with great acidity and brightness, and a warm, lingering finish. Perfect on its own or with food.

Ultimate Provence Côtes de Provence Rosé is made using Grenache, Syrah Rolle and Cinsault. In the glass the wine is bright in colour, vibrant pale pink that has flecks of copper reflections. On the nose, a unique combination of classic Provençal red berries leading to scents of the holidays – pine, cinnamon and gingerbread cookies. The spice notes from the Syrah provides a dry, white pepper characteristic across the entire palate. A touch of Rolle gives great acidity and brightness that lends notes of winter citrus, spice with a warming finish.
This winery is built on the foundations of an exceptional wine estate near Saint-Tropez. The vineyard is bordered by a stunning nature reserve, on the edge of an expansive oak forest. Shallow topsoil, layered over an impermeable sandstone slab. A soil nourished by a rich humus of oak leaves and vine shoots.
