Emotion Cotes De Provence Rose (750ml - 12.5%)

This wine is the perfect expression of Provence rosé . Made from Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah, the wine is very pale pink - quintessentially Provencal.  The nose is beautiful with tree blossom, notes of pear and blood orange with underlying subtle notes of potpourri and floral nuances. The incredible acid on this wine makes your palate come alive with flavours of pear and raspberry. The combination of Cinsault and Grenache gives the wine a great balance of savoury and red fruit qualities to appeal to many different tastes. Great acidity and a round finish makes this a versatile wine for an aperitif with first courses including grilled fish, fresh shellfish and all flavours of the sea.
