Ultimate Provence Côtes de Provence White Wine offers an explosion of citrus aromas, with a drop of pepper. On the palate, there are intense notes of lemon and other citrus fruits, with a symphony of ginger and pepper. This wine is perfect to enjoy on its own, or pair with shellfish, light salads, grilled vegetables, or even creamy cheeses.

Ultimate Provence Côtes de Provence White Wine is made from the Rolle grape, similar in style to Pinot Grigio. In the glass, the wine appears pale gold with flecks of lime green.
The winery is built on the foundations of an exceptional wine estate near Saint-Tropez. The vineyard is bordered by a stunning nature reserve, on the edge of an expansive oak forest. Shallow topsoil, layered over an impermeable sandstone slab. A soil nourished by a rich humus of oak leaves and vine shoots.
