The Estate is sheltered by the 500 million-year-old Maures mountain range, a historical and authentic Provencal estate. 'High Environmental Value' certified at the highest level. The vineyard enjoys a Mediterranean climate with hot summers and a prevailing easterly wind. The terroir composes stony soils with pink sandstone and sand.
The appearance of this wine is a silky, pale pink robe. The nose is intense with a rich bouquet of exotic fruit such as papaya and ripe peaches, this is underlined with delicate woody notes. In the mouth the wine is fruity and spicy with a very fine, delicate and elegant texture with a long finish. A great wine to pair with fish, in particular smoked and sushi.
