Raiz De Chile Merlot is a red wine produced in the Central Valley region of Chile, known for its rich and fruity flavours. It is made entirely from Merlot grapes, which are carefully selected and harvested by hand. In the winemaking process, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, and then fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. After fermentation, the wine is aged in barrels for 6 to 8 months, which imparts a subtle complexity and adds some spicy and vanilla notes to the wine.
