Lambay's Malt Irish Whiskey is a unique blend of the finest double and triple Irish distillates, bourbon cask matured and finished in hand-selected Cognac casks that have been partially exposed to the sea air. Before bottling, the whiskey is crafted with water from the Lambay Islands' own Trinity Well.
Colour - Mahogany brown.
Nose - Malt, floral, ripe banana, fig.
Taste - Coconut, malt, dried berries, Nutmeg and Cardamom.
Finish - Long lasting malt with lingering sweetness and a hint of spice.
