Large diversity of grape varieties to produce complex and sophisticated wines. The Silvan Bacchus is made from 100% hand picked Bacchus grapes producing a unique, rich, creamy and indulgent wine. The Silvan Bacchus has become Kingcote's signature wine, by lightly oaking their Bacchus, it has softened the acidities beautifully, creating a round, velvety and fuller bodied wine, destined to be paired with food. The wine is fermented in stainless tanks.
