Villa Doluca Legend Turkish Rosé is a blend of Kalecik Karası and Çalkarası grapes, two lesser-known varieties. The Kalecik Karası grape imparts a delicate ruby hue and adds subtle flavours of vanilla, cacao, and ripe plums. Produced in Turkey's Aegean region, which lies along the Aegean Sea to the west, this dry rosé is crafted from hand-harvested local grapes. The free-run juice is fermented at low temperatures, yielding fragrant notes of strawberry, watermelon, and delicate hints of rose. On the palate, its crisp acidity is balanced by prominent fruity and herbal flavours, offering a fine expression of Mediterranean rosé.
