Roos Estate PINK Sauvignon Blanc is a premium wine produced by Roos Estate, a renowned winery in South Africa. This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Western Cape region of South Africa.
The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand to ensure the highest quality. After crushing and pressing, the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the delicate aromas and flavors of the grapes.
The resulting wine is a beautiful light pink color with a fresh and vibrant aroma of red fruits, grapefruit, and hints of floral notes. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with flavors of juicy watermelon, strawberry, and lime, with a subtle mineral finish.
Roos Estate PINK Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect wine for summer sipping, and pairs well with light salads, seafood, and grilled chicken dishes. It has an alcohol content of 12.5% and is best served chilled at around 8-10°C.
