Paper Lantern Gin (700ml - 40%)

With the exception of the Juniper berry (which is grown in colder climates), all the botanicals used in our gin are sourced from Asia. Paper Lantern Distilling, founded in 2013, is an asian spirits company which creates exciting, interesting and unique drinks through a journey of ingredients discovery - bringing the flavours of southeast Asia to the world through collaboration with the drinks experts in the region. In 2016, we created and launched Asia's first rice-based craft gin, Paper Lantern Gin. Using the freshest local herbs and spices, we meticulously crafted a gin inspired by the flavours of Southeast Asia for a distinct and flavourful drinking experience. The botanicals are distilled inna Holstein copper pot still with a top-mounted column for superior flavour extraction and spirit rectification, before finally being slowly blended.
