Gavi Di Gavi Aulica 12.5% ABV - Staw-yellow with greenish sparkles. Soft and elegant bouquet, rich in fruit nuances. Rich, settled and harmonious with a long lasting finish. Best enjoyed with all kinds of fish and seafood, white meat and rice dishes.
2 x Rocca Primitivo 13.5% ABV - Intense deep red colour. The bouquet is characterized by notes of fresh fruit and marmalade . On the palate the first note is the cherry, follow by ripe fruit, plum and final aftertaste of vanilia.
2 x Torridoro Primitivo Di Manduria 14.5% ABV - Deep purple hue with a complex bouquet of spices and ripe fruits scents. Powerful structure with a soft sweetness. Gentle tannins and lasting finish. Excellent with elaborate courses, stews, boiled meat and savoury cheeses.
