We’ve sourced the best from the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados, Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos in the Dominican Republic, and Demerara Distillers in Guyana, creating a balanced, column-distilled rum that provides the perfect foundation for our bold infusion of spices.

This spiced rum is a harmonious blend of vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, aniseed, and coriander, resulting in a rich, flavourful profile with a signature smooth and lingering finish.
