Glenburgie Scotch Whisky:

Colour - Golden Brown.

Nose - Fruity with hints of citrus and mulled fruit, and sweet, creamy elements. Touch of toasted malt.

Palate - Rich fruit with sweet, oaky notes, some pepperiness with floral hints.

Body - Medium, complex.

Finish - Short.

MacPhail's Collection from Bunnahabhain Distillery Scotch Whisky:

Colour - Amber in colour.

Nose - Roasted malt with a slight sweetness on the nose, hints of tobacco and leather.

Palate - Sweet with sherry and sugared fruit sweet flavours. Turning spicy and earthy.

Body - Light.

Finish - Finished with roasted malt notes.

Inverleven Scotch Whisky:

Colour - Light straw.

Nose - Soft fruits peaches and strawberries, citrus fruits also detectable. Subtle spices and a malty note. A rounding vanilla sweetness.

Palate - Spicy with hints of cedar wood and white pepper. Some fragrant/floral flavours develop. Perfumed flavours with traces of liquorice and aniseed. A little fruitiness emerges. Drying.

Body - Light.

Finish - Subtle hints of fruit and spices.
