Nose - Citrus fruits with a hint of honey and pine resin. Peat and malty notes in the background.
Palate - Smoky with cereal and malt flavours. Dries up with spicy notes followed by a delicate floral edge.
Body - Rounded with a balance of flavours.
Finish - Slightly sweet with a hint of smoke and malt.
Dunkeld Atholl Brose Scotch Liqueur:
Colour - Rich golden
Nose - Sweet and spicy, cinamon and cloves, eucalyptus and menthol aromas all present. Subtle fruitiness.
Palate - Sweet, warming with menthol and peppermint notes. Spicy, herbal flavours and a subtle whisky edge.
Body - Soft with rich mellow character.
Finish - Sweet with a touch of mint.
Glen Calder Scotch Whiksy:
Colour - Golden.
Nose - Peaches and Nectarines with a slight fragrant and floral edge.
Palate - Ripe fruits with a touch of oak, slight smokiness.
Body - Balanced.
Finish - Dry with a hint of fruit and smoke.
