EFERAKIZEYBEK

Sarı Zeybek is Turkey’s first rakı to be aged in oak barrels, setting a benchmark for premium craftsmanship in the category. Distilled twice in traditional copper alembics, it is made exclusively from 100% fresh grape alcohol and top-quality aniseed sourced from Tefenni in the Burdur region—an area famed for its exceptional anise. This meticulous double distillation enhances the rakı’s smoothness while delivering a refined and distinctive aroma.

Unlike conventional rakı, typically made from dried grapes and rested in steel tanks, Sarı Zeybek Yaş Üzüm is crafted from fresh grapes and matured for four months in oak barrels. This ageing process imparts a delicate golden hue and a complex yet balanced flavour, without overpowering the grape’s natural freshness. With no added sugar, it maintains its purity and natural balance, offering a light, elegant spirit with a smooth finish and subtle anise notes. It can be enjoyed neat and chilled or served in the traditional way with water and ice.

Zeybek Triple Oak represents the pinnacle of this lineage. Also produced from 100% fresh grapes, it undergoes triple distillation in copper alembics, using only the göbek—the purest portion of the distillate. The spirit is then aged for at least six months using the Solera method in a mix of French, American, and Eastern European oak barrels. This distinctive maturation technique results in a rakı of exceptional depth, richness, and complexity.

Age verification is required on delivery. This product is not for sale to people under the age of 18. Proof of age and a signature will be required on delivery.

Sarı Zeybek is Turkey’s first rakı to be aged in oak barrels, establishing a new benchmark in premium rakı craftsmanship. Produced exclusively from 100% fresh grape alcohol, it undergoes double distillation in traditional copper alembics, along with high-quality aniseed sourced from the Tefenni region of Burdur—celebrated for its exceptional anise. This meticulous process results in a rakı with a smooth, refined character and a rich, aromatic profile. Unlike standard rakı made from dried grapes and rested in steel tanks, Sarı Zeybek Yaş Üzüm (Fresh Grape) is matured for four months in oak barrels. The aging imparts a gentle golden hue and adds a unique depth of flavour while preserving the natural freshness of the grapes. No sugar is added, ensuring a balanced, pure spirit with an elegant finish and a delicate anise note. It can be enjoyed neat and chilled or served traditionally with water and ice.

Zeybek Triple Oak is a distinguished continuation of this legacy. It, too, is crafted from 100% fresh grapes and triple-distilled in copper alembics with carefully selected anise. Only the "heart" or göbek—the most refined portion of the distillate—is used, ensuring exceptional purity. The rakı is then aged for a minimum of six months using the Solera method in a combination of French, American, and Eastern European oak barrels. This innovative approach to maturation results in a rakı with remarkable richness, complexity, and multi-layered character, setting it apart as an exceptional expression within the Sarı Zeybek range.
