Domaine de Pellehaut Rouge has aromas of black fruits, cassis, cherries, and blackberries, with a peppery undertone. On the palate, there are similar notes, complemented by the delicacy of cocoa and black truffle. The palate is smooth and fleshy, leading to a wonderfully balanced wine. Ideal as an aperitif and also pairs beautifully with grilled red and white meats, as well as aged hard cheeses.
