The historic Domaine De Pellehaut, managed by Martin and Mathieu Béraut, has been a family-run vineyard in Gascony for over 400 years. The estate is a model of biodiversity, combining vine cultivation with cattle breeding of the Blonde d'Aquitaine breed and cereal farming. This rich environment contributes to the complexity and character of their wines. 

Domaine De Pellehaut Blanc - Harmonie de Gascogne presents a silvery hue with subtle green highlights, paired with an expressive, fragrant nose. The aroma bursts with notes of yellow-fleshed fruits such as peach and apricot, interwoven with floral hints of lime blossom and honeysuckle. On the palate, this wine reveals a delicate balance of apricot, pear, and white peach flavours, culminating in a refreshing grapefruit finish. Versatile and vibrant, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with white meats, seafood, and a selection of cheeses.

Harmonie de Gascogne holds the distinction of being the estate's first “cuvée.” Initially crafted with only two grape varieties, it now blends five to seven, including Colombard, Sauvignon, Ugni Blanc, Chardonnay, and Gros Manseng. This evolution reflects winemaker Mathieu Béraut’s desire to showcase the full expression of the estate’s terroir through its diverse grape varieties. The aim of this cuvée is to achieve a seamless harmony between these different grapes year after year, capitalizing on their unique characteristics to create a balanced and dynamic wine.
