The estate in which this beautiful wine is produced is a historic fifteenth century farm, offering a sustainable approach with organic certification for vines, wines, vegetables and goats cheese. The terroir is crystalline, limestone-rich soil with essential nutrients such as bauxite and iron. The climate is typical Mediterranean Provencal, a windy corridor protects the vines from disease. All grapes are harvested at night, by hand.
