Assaranca Vodka is a premium vodka, distilled in Donegal by Sliabh Liag Distillers. The vodka is inspired by the famed beauty of the vast Donegal landscape and the stunning waterfall at Assaranca,near the village of Ardara. Flavoured lightly, using two native and ancient plants, Assarancais the spirit of the hills of Donegal. Assarancais bottled and hand labelled on site at the distillery in a clear 50cl bottle –with the stunning label showcasing a sumi-e styelpainting of the AssarancaFalls surrounded by the flurry of colour seen on the hills in the summer. The final distillation of Assarancain the 500-litre copper pot still by Sliabh Liag Distillers resultsina super soft vodka. Assaranca Vodka has fresh sweet grassy notes on the palate leading to hints of earthy coconut water with a tamarind warmth and the softest finish.
