The wine presents a bright, clear yellow colour with abundant tears. It offers a bouquet of ripe white fruits with subtle floral hints, complemented by light notes of dried herbs and fine lees. On the palate, it is rich and flavorful, perfectly blending the variety of fruit characteristics. It pairs beautifully with seafood, rice dishes, baked fish, white meats, and soft cheeses.
The grapes are hand-harvested between late September and early October, transported in 12 kg boxes to ensure quality. At the winery, they undergo a meticulous selection process, choosing the best grapes based on size and weight to guarantee optimal raw materials.
