Golan Sion Creek Red was produced from Syrah, Sangiovese, Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir and Nebbiolo grapes grown entirely in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rock volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grap varieties. The result is a light red wine enjoyable young, yet capable of aging over the next few years.
