This fine blend of 63% Cabernet and 37% Merlot was selected from grapes in perfect condition. The red colour reflecting the fruity flavours and the rich palate is balanced by maturation for 14 months in oak barrels. This intense bodied wine is a perfect accompaniment to red meat and chicken-light to medium cheeses. Lightly filtered, a small deposit in the bottle is quite natural. Please store the wine in good condition.
